11.1 cuci2vip reserves the right to suspend or close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Platform reasonably believes that the Member has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
11.2 Members may close their cuci2vip account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to the Member via a verified payment method. Accounts subject to active fraud investigations may have funds held pending resolution.
11.3 Termination of an account does not relieve either party of obligations accrued prior to the date of termination.
